阴茎能够把包皮翻下直至露出龟头，这种情况是不用进行包皮切除手术的，只有包皮无法翻下，或者翻下时有疼痛感才需要进行包皮手术

另外记得每天翻开包皮进行清洗，避免病菌滋生
