  小半只干香菇

  50克干腐竹

  60克干金针菇

  30克海带头

  100克青辣椒

  3个干红辣椒

  10个大蒜

  1头生姜

  20克青蒜叶

  适量啤酒

  17.成品图小贴士

  如果不怕费事的话,香菇可以提前多煮十五分钟。中途换砂锅,一是为了炖得更香,二是因为炒锅不够大。

  因为鸭子炒过以后,会出很多油,所以用流量很少。
